Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://solandcitrusmobilebeveragebar.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Matcha Drinks, Lemonade, Specialty Coffee, Strawberry Mojito, Orange Mojito provided by Sol & Citrus Mobile Beverage Bar. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Sol & Citrus Mobile Beverage Bar (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. Sol & Citrus Mobile Beverage Bar may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
As-Is Basis. https://solandcitrusmobilebeveragebar.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Sol & Citrus Mobile Beverage Bar makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Sol & Citrus Mobile Beverage Bar arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Sol & Citrus Mobile Beverage Bar harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in FL.
Updates. Sol & Citrus Mobile Beverage Bar reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
